These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use our website or request, schedule, or receive services from Clog Hunter (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide plumbing, drain, sewer, septic, water heater, and related services throughout Tahlequah, Muskogee, Sallisaw, and surrounding Eastern Oklahoma communities. The specific scope of work is agreed with you before it begins.
Estimates & approval
We offer free estimates. When you submit a request through our website or by phone, you are asking us to schedule a visit — it is not confirmed until we contact you and confirm the details. Estimates are based on what we can inspect and the information you provide; if the scope changes once work is underway, we will explain the change and get your approval before proceeding.
No work starts until you approve it. We inspect the issue, explain what we find, and walk you through the recommended repair before approved work begins.
Scheduling & access
We will confirm your appointment before the visit. You agree to provide safe access to the work area at the scheduled time and to let us know about anything we should be aware of (such as pets, gate codes, or the location of septic tanks and cleanouts). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
Payment & financing
Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due when the work is completed. We accept cash, check, and credit card, and financing options are available on approved credit — ask when you call. Quoted prices cover the approved scope of work.
Emergency service
We offer 24-hour emergency service for urgent plumbing, drain, sewer, and septic problems. Emergency scope and pricing are explained and approved the same way as standard work.
Workmanship & our responsibility
We stand behind our work. If you believe something related to a repair isn’t right, contact us promptly so we can inspect it and make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, failures unrelated to the work we performed, or damage caused by continued use of a system we have recommended taking out of service.
Right to refuse or stop service
We may decline or stop a job if conditions are unsafe or if the work required is beyond the scope of what was approved. We will communicate with you if this happens.
Communications
By contacting us or providing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request and service. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to opt out of text messages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
